Current Order Processing and Handling Rates

Ground processing and handling charges will be prepaid by Cliffside Industries on all orders of $1,000.01 or more within the continental United States. Orders are shipped by Cliffside's freight carriers at our discretion. Due to contractual obligations with our carriers, all orders are shipped on Cliffside Industries' account and billed along with product at the time of shipment. We are unable to process orders under third-party account numbers. Cliffside's processing and handling rates are subject to change without notice. The rates displayed below are current as of December 29, 2017.

Additional processing and handling charges will be billed by Cliffside when customers request expedited services (one-day, two-day, or three-day deliveries), as well as residential delivery. Charges for air and international shipments are determined by the weight of the package and current rates at the time of the order. Cliffside's customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations are responsible for processing and handling charges on all orders regardless of the dollar amount.

Cliffside's prepaid ground processing and handling charge does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or destinations outside of the contiguous 48 United States; standard shipping rates are charged for these locations unless otherwise requested.

"Next Business Day" Delivery

Certain locations are advertised on our website as "next business day delivery to your area". Please note that this applies to orders shipped from our warehouse and placed before 2:00 Eastern Time (our local time zone). No order is guaranteed to ship same day and we cannot guarantee that every product will be in stock when it is ordered. We advise you to check lead times carefully and to inquire about inventory levels should you have any questions. "Next business day delivery" is never applicable to special orders or products shipped from partnered brands.

International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

Checkout by clicking the “International Checkout” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes charged by Cliffside associated with this service.

All destinations/requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cliffside Industries will not ship direct to Africa; the Middle East; or many locations in South, Southeast, and Western/Central Asia.
