| Ordering: |
Please place all orders at www.cliffsideind.com or via fax
at 800-926-3435. Cliffside assumes no responsibility for the
accuracy on telephone orders. All return & re-shipment expenses,
due to incorrect address information, will be billed to the
customer. |

| Payment: |
All orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. |
| |
|
| Freight: |
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges will apply if air shipping is requested.

| Limited
Warranty: |
We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material
& workmanship for 90 days after the invoice date. Cliffside
will not be liable for products that are misused. This includes,
but is not limite to, the use of any cleanser or chemical that
will remove the lacquer from the hardware. When Cliffside determines
that an items is defective, we will replace the item free of
charge. Cliffside's responsibility is limited to the replacement
of the product. No other warranty is expressed or implied. |

| Claims: |
All claims for defective merchandise / shortages must be
made within 10 days of receipt. Any damage due to improper
packing on returns will result in Cliffside charging you for
both shipments.

| Returns: |
Items will be accepted for return in
perfect condition only. All credits will be applied to the
credit card supplied with the original purchase. All returns
must be authorized with 30 days of the invoice date. Please
call customer service for a Return Goods Authorization form.
The RGA form MUST be included with your return. Authorized
returns will be charged a 30% or $30 restocking charge (whichever
is larger). Unauthorized returns will be charged a 35% or
$35 restock charge (whichever is larger). All returns must
be sent back in their original packagaing. We will not accept
hardware that has been opened. Once hardware has been installed
- All sales are final. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON INSTALLED
HARDWARE - NO EXCEPTIONS!! No credit will be given for items
damaged due to improper packing. Cliffside reserves the right
to inspect returned hardware before issuing credit or sending
replacement hardware. **No Returns Accepted On Special Order
Items or Sale Items**

orders under $125.00 will be charged a $5.00 small order charge. |
