Guide
To Finishes
Due to make up of all metals, finishes will
vary. We do the best to keep this to a minimum, but it
is out of our control. Finishes that vary the most are
marked with an *. Marble, granite, and stone are
products of nature. These items will vary in color.
There are no returns accepted for these items due to color
variations. No handpicking of colors can be done.

Care of Finishes
| Taking care of decorative hardware is quite easy. The most important thing is to make sure that if
you clean your hardware, be sure not to use any type of cleanser. Chemicals will eat away at the lacquer finish that is
applied to every piece of hardware. Once the lacquer is gone, the cleansers will then go to work on the finish and you
will end up with really bad looking stuff. The use of cleanser will void your warranty. We suggest the use of a simple soft
cloth.
To customers who have home near the ocean, we strongly suggest you use non-metal hardware on your kitchens.
Salt air acts an abrasive that quickly eats away at the lacquer coating. Please take a good look at our porcelain, marble,
wood, and Corian selections.
