Product Warranty

Cliffside Industries guarantees our products to be free from defects
in material and workmanship for 90 days after the invoice date.

Cliffside will not be liable for products that are misused. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of any cleanser or chemical that will remove or damage the lacquer on the hardware; this includes all types of soaps or detergent. Using these products damages the protective lacquer and may change the appearance of the piece; any use of chemicals, abrasives, or soaps will void all warranties. Note that, even under ideal conditions, no Cliffside finish has a lifetime guarantee under any circumstances. It is the responsbility of the buyer, customer, and end user to familiarize themselves with the terms of the Cliffside warranty and guidelines to appropriate finish care when purchasing any product. Cliffside assumes no responsibility for misuse beyond the posted provision of this notice and this warranty is considered due notification to all users.

When Cliffside Industries determines that an item is defective, we will replace the item free of charge. Cliffside's responsibility is limited to the replacement of the product. No labor charges or shipping reimbursement of any kind will be allowed as compensation. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Cliffside assumes no responsibility for minor variations in color of the materials delivered in relation to samples or photography of the purchased product. Such minor variations will not be considered to be "defects" and any products returned because of these variations will be assessed a restocking fee.
