Current Order Processing and Handling Rates

Ground processing and handling charges will be prepaid by Cliffside Industries on all orders of $700.01 or more within the continental United States. Orders are shipped by Cliffside's freight carriers at our discretion. Due to contractual obligations with our carriers, all orders are shipped on Cliffside Industries' account and billed along with product at the time of shipment. We are unable to process orders under third-party account numbers. Cliffside's processing and handling rates are subject to change without notice. The rates displayed below are current as of December 30, 2011.

Additional processing and handling charges will be billed by Cliffside when customers request expedited services (one-day, two-day, or three-day deliveries), as well as residential delivery and C.O.D. shipments (C.O.D. available only to Cliffside's domestic wholesale customers). Charges for air and international shipments are determined by the weight of the package and current rates at the time of the order. Cliffside's customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations are responsible for processing and handling charges on all orders regardless of the dollar amount.

Please note: additional charges for C.O.D. shipments ($11.00 check processing fee per shipment), shipping to residential addresses ($3.00 per shipment), and expedited air shipping are based on current carrier rates, not included in the above rate table, and subject to change.

Cliffside's prepaid ground processing and handling charge does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or destinations outside of the contiguous 48 United States; standard shipping rates are charged for these locations unless otherwise requested.

For international shipments to Canada: Cliffside's enhanced shipping services to Canada include all brokerage and clearance fees in addition to faster service to you. All international packages will be shipped via FedEx. If you choose to have your order shipped via FedEx International Ground service, brokerage fees will be billed to your credit card by Cliffside Industries at a later date. FedEx International Economy (Cliffside's standard service for international deliveries) and FedEx International Priority express shipments will be billed at the time of shipment and will receive discounted rates compliments of Cliffside Industries. All duties and taxes are in addition to the shipping costs billed by Cliffside and will be due on delivery.
